What Porter Ranch does to a car
- Elevation and exposure. The higher streets get the wind first and the sun longest, with very little mature tree cover to break either. Cars parked on the driveway here take more UV than almost anywhere else we go.
- New build dust. Ongoing construction in the newer tracts puts a gritty film on nearby cars that is heavier than normal road dust.
- Long driveways, hot concrete. A hot surface dries product faster than we want, so morning bookings work better here through summer.

- Book early in the day if you can. We start at 8:30am and the first slot is the best one for a big exterior job in Porter Ranch between June and September.
