Pristine & Clean Mobile Detailing ("we", "us") is a mobile car detailing business based in Los Angeles County, California. This policy explains what information we collect through pristineandcleanmobiledetailing.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

What we collect

• Booking requests. When you use the booking form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address (optional), service address (optional), vehicle make, model and color, the services you want, your preferred date and time, and any notes.
• Calls, texts and emails. If you contact us directly we keep the details you share so we can do the job and follow up.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard connection data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set non-essential cookies.
• The map. The service-area map is provided by Google Maps. Loading it sends your IP address to Google under Google's own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To contact you about your booking, confirm a time, quote a price and carry out the detail.
• To send a confirmation email when you give us an email address.
• To answer questions and follow up on work we have done.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

• Cloudflare hosts the website and passes your booking request to us.
• Cloudflare also delivers the booking emails to us and, when you give us an email address, to you.
• Google provides the map, and hosts our reviews if you follow the review links.

Each of these providers only processes your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact details for as long as we need them to serve you and keep basic business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices and rights

• We only text or call you about your own booking. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts.
• Our site does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because we do not track visitors across sites.

Children

This site is for adults booking a car detail. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
