Terms of service

These terms cover detailing services booked with Pristine & Clean Mobile Detailing ("we", "us") through pristineandcleanmobiledetailing.com, by phone or by text. Booking a service means you accept them.

Booking and confirmation

• A booking request through the website is not confirmed until we call or text you to agree a time.
• Prices listed on the site are by vehicle size. We confirm the final price with you before we start. Additional charges may apply for heavy pet hair, excessive dirt or staining, biohazards, and travel distance. We will always tell you first.
• Travel fees depend on how far you are from our base and are quoted case by case.

What we need from you

• Somewhere to park and work on the vehicle, with access to a water spigot and a standard power outlet where possible. Tell us in advance if either is not available.
• Please remove personal items, valuables and child seats before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Let us know about any existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket parts or known issues before we begin.

Cancellations and no-shows

• Cancel or reschedule by calling or texting (818) 923-4202. We appreciate 24 hours' notice.
• If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, or nobody is available, a travel fee may be charged.
• Weather can move outdoor appointments. If it does, we will contact you to rebook at no charge.

Payment

Payment is due when the detail is finished, by the methods we agree with you at the time of booking.

Results and limitations

• We use professional products and methods, but some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation or damage cannot be fully removed. We will tell you when we see a limit.
• Pre-existing damage, worn or fragile surfaces, and aftermarket coatings or tint may react unpredictably. We take care, but we are not liable for issues caused by pre-existing conditions.
• If you are not happy with any part of the work, tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the price you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California consumer law that cannot be waived.

Photos

We sometimes photograph vehicles we have detailed for our website and social media. We blur license plates and never show addresses. If you would rather your vehicle was not photographed, just say so.

The content on this site is ours. Do not copy it for commercial use without asking. We may change prices, packages and these terms at any time; the version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies.
